Cathy Collinge Herrera's solo and orchestral performing and teaching career spans four continents. Founder and catalyst of The Flutopia Initiative nonprofit and Latin America’s flute festivals, she is an NFA competitions winner, International Liaison Committee Chair, Miyazawa Artist, and PA Arts Council Rostered Artist.
